Step 1 Take a small quantity of oil and apply on your scalp. Gently massage with your fingertips in a circular motion. Leave for 30 minutes, then wash thoroughly. Oil dry or damaged hair longer or overnight using a hair oiling cap to maximise absorption.
Step 2 Squirt a small amount of cleanser and apply it to soaking-wet hair. Massage it gently into the scalp for two minutes or until it lathers well. Slowly work the cleanser through your hair from root to tip. Rinse and let your strands relax. Follow up with conditioner.
Step 3 On freshly cleansed, damp hair, apply a dollop of conditioner. Work through the length of your hair, focusing on the ends (avoiding the scalp). Apply it gently by running your fingers through the strands. Leave it on for a minute or two. Rinse for a silky, tangle-free result.
