Before you buy

Do I really need a different routine for the monsoon?
Your skin and hair behave differently once humidity climbs. Oil production rises, pores clog faster, and hair swells and frizzes as it takes on moisture from the air. These regimes are built for that specific shift rather than for year-round maintenance.
How often should I exfoliate?
Twice a week is plenty, and ideally at night, so freshly exfoliated skin is not meeting sun and pollution straight away. Exfoliating daily weakens your skin barrier, increases sensitivity and disturbs your skin microbiome. We would rather you did it less often and did it well.
Will these work for oily, acne-prone monsoon skin?
Yes, and the Cleanse & Rebalance Duo was built for exactly this. Hemp Seed Oil is non-comedogenic so it will not clog pores, Green Tea helps control excess sebum, and the toner is alcohol-free, so it rebalances your skin without stripping it.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Every payment runs through Shopify's encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your card details. We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery, so all orders are prepaid.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are. Shipping is free across India with no minimum order value, and you will get tracking as soon as your order ships.
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Write to care@jungleberry.in within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out. Returns cover damaged, missing or defective items.
What order do I use the products in?
Every regime lists its ritual in order, and each product page repeats it. As a general rule: cleanse first, then treat, then seal. For face, serums go before creams and sunscreen. For hair, oil before washing and masque after.
Are these genuinely Ayurvedic?
Every formula is an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine, made at our own facility in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. We name the herbs on the pack in both Sanskrit and Latin, use no parabens, and publish the full ingredient list on every product page.
